HEALTH360: CURING THE ILLS OF HEALTHCARE
HEALTH360 supplies and maintains an independent database where individuals may store their medical records in both scanned and electronic format. Web 2.0 based pages will allow healthcare providers to maintain their patient’s healthcare records in a secure environment. 4D-EMR intends to provide these services free of charge or at a very minimal cost for both the patient and the healthcare provider.
Revenues will be generated by sales advertising agreements with Medical Research teams, Pharmaceutical companies, and local and federal government. The system is not intended to substitute practice management software. Instead it is intended to empower both the individual and the healthcare provider through access to reliable, secure and accurate patient information anywhere and at any time.
Healthcare is the largest and fastest growing segment of the US economy. Healthcare costs are projected to increase, for the foreseeable future, as a percentage of an individual’s disposable income and government’s budget of non-discretionary spending.

This user-centric, mobile platform provides a thorough and complete electronic healthcare history in a secure, timely and simple fashion.
Once HEALTH360 is available to the public, this information, appropriately cleaned of private individual identifiers, provides national organizations accurate information to help detect healthcare emergencies in order to allocate appropriate resources in a reasonable timeframe. Access is granted, upon authorization, to Emergency Response Teams to facilitate aid following natural or manmade disasters. HEALTH360 will ultimately assist family members to execute wellness programs for those under their care and engage the population to become active partners in their health management efforts.
